Temporary Fuel Surcharge on Orders
Temporary Surcharge on Orders
An update for our valued Westpeak customers
We want to keep you informed about a temporary change that will affect orders placed with Westpeak.
From 30 March 2026, a temporary surcharge will be applied to all orders. This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and we’d like to explain why this is necessary.
Ongoing global tensions, particularly in the Middle East, are disrupting key freight routes such as the Strait of Hormuz. This has led to increased fuel prices and wider supply chain pressures, both internationally and here in New Zealand. As a result, our freight partners — including New Zealand Couriers — have introduced additional charges linked to rising fuel costs.
To learn more about what’s driving these freight cost increases, see the articles below:

To help manage these unexpected cost pressures while continuing to provide reliable service and consistent supply, we are introducing this temporary surcharge.
- The surcharge will be clearly shown at checkout when placing an order
- It will be reviewed regularly in line with fuel and freight market conditions
- We will remove it as soon as it is no longer necessary
We understand that price changes can be challenging, and we are doing everything we can to minimise the impact on you. Our commitment to being a reliable and trusted uniform partner remains unchanged.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this time.
